The matriarch. Proprietor and the founder of M/s Zakamlova Hardware Store. She has been with the business since its inception over 30 years ago. A senior citizen and a veteran businesswoman, her keen business sense developed over years of experience in a tough male dominated business is just admirable. Born with inherent business talents. Without any formal training, she has applied several management and marketing concepts like cross selling, identifying customers’ needs and successfully providing solution etc. This has catapulted the business to one of the leading hardware business in Mizoram. She has been a source of inspiration and wisdom for the management team.

VANLALTHAKIMA CHAWNGTHU

The son of Mrs Chawngthangi, the proprietor of Zakamlova Hardware Store. He is a 2nd generation member in the family business. Having completed B.Com (Honours) from Hans Raj College Delhi University and MBA from IIM – Kozhikode. He has been the driving force behind innovation, change and aggressive growth policies. He has been a trendsetter in the hardware business, and implemented several innovations, which have catapulted the business to become one of the leading business house in Mizoram.

HANNAH LALHUALHIMI

HR Manager
Zakamlova Hardware Store

Being an educationist with a background in psychology, she has been a very resourceful HR manager in the business. Being a very practical person, she has been trained in the arts of music, tailoring, baking and other skills. Her views and insightful opinions have enabled the business to maintain a balance between the yin and the yang of a hardcore business and a more humane approach to our business policies. Her HR & training skills was proven by attaining a gold medal at Aizawl Kennel club competition 2013.
